Research
We identify businesses and contacts that match your ideal-customer profile, such as industry, location, size, and role, and add them to your prospect sheet.
Verify & review
Contact details are checked and each record is reviewed. Records that can't be verified, or that duplicate an existing prospect, are flagged rather than drafted.
Draft
For each approved prospect, a personalized email draft is written in your voice using your offer and talking points, then saved to your Outlook Drafts folder, unsent.
Approval
Only records marked as approved move forward. You can adjust criteria, messaging, or individual records at any point.
Send, by you Your step
You open Outlook, read each draft, edit anything you like, and send the ones you're happy with from your own account. Skip any you don't want.
Tracking
The prospect sheet keeps the status of every record, from researched to drafted to sent, so you always know where things stand. We review it with you monthly.

What to expect, plainly
- We do not send emails for you. You remain the sender of every message.
- We don't guarantee leads, meetings, revenue, or close rates.
- Prospect and draft volumes are scoped targets. They depend on enough suitable, verifiable prospects existing for your criteria and on working account access.
- Additional volume, extra mailboxes, and custom integrations are quoted separately.
- Some tools carry third-party license or usage fees, which we explain during onboarding.
- You're responsible for the final content you send and for following applicable email laws, such as CAN-SPAM. Our drafts are written with that in mind.
