How it works

A controlled process, from first call to go-live

No black boxes. Every stage is explained, tested, and approved by you before the workflow runs on its own.

  1. Stage 1

    Discovery call

A short conversation about your business, the customers you want to reach, and how you handle outreach today. We'll tell you honestly whether the service is a good fit, and outline scope, pricing, and any third-party software costs before you commit.

  2. Stage 2

    Onboarding & account permissions

You grant the specific access the workflow needs, such as your Outlook account and prospect sheet, from your own accounts. We request only what's required, never ask you to share passwords in email or chat, and you can revoke access at any time.

  3. Stage 3

    Configuration

We build your prospect criteria, tracking sheet, messaging guidelines, and drafting setup. You review the target profile and sample messaging so drafts sound like your business.

  4. Stage 4

    Controlled testing

We run the workflow on a small test batch and check the results with you: that drafts land unsent in Outlook, records update correctly, and unapproved or duplicate records are not drafted.

  5. Stage 5

    Go-live, only after your approval

Nothing moves into regular operation until you've seen the test results and given the go-ahead. If something needs adjusting, we adjust it first.

  6. Stage 6

    Ongoing monitoring & monthly reporting

We keep the workflow running, watch for errors, and refine targeting and messaging. Each month you get a clear summary of prospects researched, drafts created, and what we're adjusting next.

This process describes AI Commercial Outreach, available now. The AI Photo Manager, launching soon, runs hands-off after a quick setup.
